As a Front-End Developer, you'll be the bridge between our users and our technology, crafting intuitive, fast, and engaging user experiences.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (and/or Next.js).
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, reusable code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend, AI, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Implement state management (Redux, Zustand) and API integrations.
• Contribute to component libraries and design systems for consistent user experience; write automated tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL; familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Styled Components).
• Knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD, and agile development; eye for detail in design implementation, UX, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a remote team.

Compensation

Gross salary range in Lithuania: €2,000 - €3,800 per month, depending on experience and seniority.
