SendByPass is building a global P2P logistics and e-commerce platform that connects travelers, senders, and shoppers by using spare luggage capacity. We use technology and data to simplify international shipping, reduce costs, and make global trade accessible for everyone. As part of our growing tech team, you'll help shape AI-powered solutions that will transform cross-border logistics.

What you'll do:

• Design and deploy AI-driven features for logistics and marketplace platform.
• Develop ML and NLP models for route optimization, fraud detection, and smart matching.
• Work with large datasets to train and deploy models in production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into microservices and APIs.
• Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements, including LLMs and generative AI.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks).
• Experience with NLP, recommender systems, or optimization algorithms.
• Knowledge of deploying ML models in production (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation

Gross salary range in Lithuania: €2,500 - €4,500 per month, depending on seniority, skills, and performance.
